Lexden Springs Residential and Special School
Location: Colchester, Essex
Lexden Springs Residential and Special School in Colchester, Essex was our first project with Morgan Sindall Construction.
It was a unique school with three separate residential blocks for students and carers. This is now a 210-place school, with 30 places for boarding accommodation this has doubled their capacity.
The materials used on this was Johnstones Trade Acrylic Durable Matt, a perfect paint finish for high traffic areas.
