Ramsden Hall Academy
Location: Billericay, Essex
Ramsden Hall Academy School in Billericay Essex is our eighth project working alongside Morgan Sindall Construction continuing our close working relationship.
This consisted of predominately new build works and some refurbishment works to the existing building.
New works included a brand new three-storey residential block which will provide beds for 40 students, seven new classrooms, seven new withdrawal rooms, a learning resource centre, main assembly hall, dining hall, conference room and four new special educational needs (SEN) therapy rooms.
Once again, on this project we used Johnstones Trade Acrylic Durable Matt, a perfect high durability finish for a busy school.
