Redevelopment Bibb Way Ipswich!
Over the last couple of months we have been working alongside @pentaco_construction_ltd on redeveloping a former office block measuring 74,445 sq ft over five storeys on Bibb Way in Ipswich and transforming it into 78 flats!

On Saturday 11th May 2024 we were enjoying the sunshine for a fantastic cause at Links Golf Club Newmarket for their annual Charity Golf Day. This year fundraising was for St Nicholas Hospice Care and we sponsored hole 10!

New Project with Morgan Sindall Construction

Next month we’ll be starting a new project with Morgan Sindall Construction on an innovation hub in Southend named ‘The Launchpad’.
This new three storey building will provide start-ups and SMEs in the area with offices, workshops, research facilities and break out spaces.
The project is due to be completed in summer 2022.
