One Cambridge Square is in the heart of Cambridge North. It is a 94,564 square foot building consisting of a mixture of office and retail space. -
John Radcliffe Hospital – A 5 Storey, 48-bed Critical Care Building
Location: John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford
One of our bigger projects for MTX Contracts was a 48-bed critical care building at John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.

These works were carried out over 5 floors and consisted of a ground floor, first floor and second floor and a dedicated plant room and non-clinical accommodation such as seminar rooms, offices and spacious staff rooms.
This is one of the biggest healthcare facilities in the UK and we are proud to have been a part of delivering it.

Unity Campus Cambridge
Location: Pampisford, Cambridgeshire
On behalf of Morgan Sindall Construction we completed works on Unity Campus, this project comprised of three new wet laboratory buildings.

This new project has 90,000 sq. ft of science laboratory space across three buildings, with one of the buildings, the largest by far being a huge 32,603 sq. ft.

Mercedes-Benz Ipswich
Location: Ipswich, Suffolk
At Mercedes-Benz Ipswich we carried out extensive decoration works to their showroom.

This includes a new handover bay which allows customers to drive their new vehicles straight out the showroom.
This project was completed for Horizon Construction Group. -
Travelodge, Ipswich
Location: Ipswich, Suffolk
Back in February 2022 we announced we would be decorating the new Travelodge in Central Ipswich. It was our first project with JW-G Construction.

Lovell Homes New Build's
Location: Walsham-le-Willows and Rackheath
We started working on 2 Lovell Homes sites at Walsham-le-Willows and Rackheath, consisting of over 200 homes combined ranging from 1 bedroom flats to large 5 bed houses.

CEFAS, Morgan Sindall
Location: Lowestoft, Suffolk
Located less than 100 metres from Lowestoft's seafront stands CEFA'S (The Centre for Environment, Fisheries and Aquaculture Science) new HQ.

The new building will house offices and meeting rooms, arranged either side of a spacious double-height glazed atrium and main entrance.

The Launchpad

Introducing the new ‘Launchpad’ in Southend-on-Sea! Which has been '‘launched’ to the public.

Sir Peter Hall SEMH School
Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
For Morgan Sindall we completed the decorating of the new £6.5 million, 80-place all-through school on the Moreton Hall Estate in Bury St Edmund's! Which has been named the Sir Peter Hall SEMH School.

The two-storey building has three standard primary classrooms, a main hall, hygiene room and food and design technology room and more! -
Luxury Care Home for SImplyUK
Location: Soham, Ely, Cambridgeshire
We started this project in 2022, it was decorating the newly built Luxury Care Home in Soham, Ely, this was completed for SimplyUK.

The deluxe care home features a variety of facilities such as cinema rooms, private dining rooms, vintage tea rooms, bistros, games room, libraries and five star chauffeur service.

New Build Houses Long Thurlow
Location: Long Thurlow
Back in January 2022 we started working on New Build Houses in Long Thurlow for Seamans Buildings and we can now say these have been successfully completed.

For the stairs as a whole, the stringers, spindles, hand rail and cappings are in Satinwood White whilst the stair steps are in an Osmo Oil Clear Satin Finish this brings out all the grain in the oak! -
Hamford Primary Academy
Location: Walton-on-the-Naze, Frinton-on-Sea

Lister Hospital
Location: Stevenage
Working alongside MTX Contracts at the Lister Hospital, Stevenage, we completed work on 4 newly built separate single storey buildings which integrated into the existing hospital.

We refurbished a new SEND unit at Stowupland High School.
