Eversley Leisure Centre

We are delighted to announce the completion of the Eversley Leisure Centre refurbishment project in Basildon, featuring a state-of-the-art four-lane, 25 metre pool, modern changing facilities, and an expanded car park with 50 additional parking spaces.

Our collaborative effort with Pentaco Construction has been focused on transforming a former office block, spanning an impressive 74,445 sq ft over five storeys, located on Bibb Way. The goal of this ambitious project is to breathe new life into the building, converting it into 78 modern and comfortable flats.

Limebrook Way Primary School
Location: Maldon, Essex
We have been working on Limebrook Way Primary School in Maldon, Essex. The two-form primary school will accommodate 420 children in total, while the nursery will provide 56 places for 0–4-year-olds. It is due to be ready for September 2024.

This school has been built with an environmentally friendly approach, it's net zero carbon in operation design, this includes the entire site being diesel free.

Ipswich Hospital UTC/ED

The final touches have now been added to phase 4 of Ipswich Hospital's new 2-storey dedicated Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) and Emergency Department (ED).
The new two-storey UTC will offer treatment for a range of urgent but not life-threatening conditions, freeing up the ED to focus on providing care for the most critically ill and seriously injured patients.
